Providing IT and communication services to businesses worldwide, our customer helps enterprises operate more efficiently and collaborate more resourcefully with their clients. It also partners with other major network operators to deliver global communication solutions.
The company was an existing customer for Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) and decided to deploy our national private leased circuits (NPLC) solution as it was familiar with our product quality and service standards.
Compared to other alternatives for the same service, the leadership team found our offer a better value proposition due to the technologies we use. Operating in the same industry, it realised that TTBS had stronger network parameters vis-à-vis round-trip delays (RTD) and uptime.
Business Challenges
The organisation operates from multiple locations in major Indian cities and needed an experienced and reliable communication technology partner to keep these sites connected on a seamless network. The top issues to be addressed were:
- The company required robust connectivity with path-level redundancy. Any issue with the primary private line connection would automatically kick in the secondary one to support continual links between remote teams.
- It was critical to eliminate downtime incidents for all locations.
- The connectivity solution was supposed to be conveniently scalable to support more users as and when necessary.
To deploy this high-speed, high-availability, and redundant network, our customer required a leased line connection that is known to improve performance and uptime.
TTBS Solution
On analysing the current and potential requirements of the organisation, TTBS decided to build an integrated network infrastructure leveraging our NPLC solution.
- We provided our national private leased circuits end-to-end as they were fully secured and configured between Bangalore and Mumbai.
- The deployment of leased circuits was also diversified between different routes for path redundancy – this brought the assurance of seamless business continuity.

As a solution with high-capacity circuits, the NPLC’s bandwidth could be effortlessly expanded to cover more users and locations.
