When the pandemic brought an unprecedented work-from-home phase across industries, the organisation needed reliable software to organise its business meetings and streamline collaboration with stakeholders. The limited efficacy of consumer-grade digital communication applications became a reason to search for a more evolved tool.

Business Challenges
The company has multiple branches and manages thousands of vendors who provide services to its customers. - Zoom offered HD quality for video and audio. Its ambient noise cancellation feature allowed attendees to join a meeting from any location. The sessions could also be recorded in MP4/M4A formats for local or cloud storage.
- Security concern was resolved by a 256-bit AES application layer encryption for shared content and 256- bit TLS encryption for network connection. Zoom also came with role-based user security, waiting rooms, locked meetings, and domain restrictions.
