TTL has a Whistle Blower policy and a Business Ethics policy. Guidelines on gifts and donations have been put up on the organisation's Intranet portal which is accessible to all employees.
TTL has an elaborate system on the ‘management of business ethics’ and all employees sign the Tata Code of Conduct (TCoC). The company has a Chief Ethics Counselor located at corporate office and Local Ethic Counsellor at MBU/Geography.
TCoC provides an opportunity to all employees and stakeholders to report any unethical deed to the concerned ethics counsellor. Various channels have been arranged for communicating this, like toll free number and a dedicated email ID for hassle-free reporting of cases.
