India’s Information Technology (IT) and ITenabled Services (ITeS) industry has had double-digit growth consistently for nearly a decade. With rapid proliferation of digital services in the country and beyond, the sector is optimistic about its future. While all sectors were disrupted with the onslaught of the pandemic, ITeS companies were forced to adopt remote work models nearly overnight.
